Qualifications & Experience

Minimum of SSCE, 5 O’Level credits, including Mathematics and English, NABTEB, or Trade Test I to III in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of two years cognate experience in mechanical maintenance, roll change, roller mill maintenance, or a similar manufacturing environment.

Carry out roll change, preparation, installation, and maintenance activities on roller mills and associated equipment.
Maintain roller mills to achieve targeted extraction rates and optimal milling performance.
Conduct routine inspections of roller mills and related equipment to identify potential faults and prevent breakdowns.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and carry out corrective actions to restore equipment performance.
Stop and eliminate air and material leakages to support mill optimization and improve operational efficiency.
Fabricate parts required for maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain daily records and reports of all roll and roller mill activities.
Ensure all roll preparation and maintenance jobs are performed safely and hygienically.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the work environment to support food safety and operational standards.
