Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Public Health, Nursing, Medicine or related field; EPI-specificcertification an advantage.
- Documented expertise in RI, cold chain and logistics, AEFI surveillance, data management, training facilitation, and supportive supervision.
- At least 7-10 years experience delivering RI capacity building with state/LGA systems and partners.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and proficiency in English; local language ability is an asset.
- Member of the RI Master trainers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for training management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- The Master Trainers will support state and LGA teams to implement standardized capacity building for RI providers in secondary and primary health facilities, aligned to National policies and NSIPSS 2023 2027. Activities include pre training preparation, delivery of competency based training using updated modules and an agreed agenda, post training mentorship, and contribution to data driven performance reviews.
