Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
- Experience in sales or business development (Oil & Gas experience is an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability or strong potential to meet revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
Revenue Generation & Sales Execution
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities within assigned accounts or territories.
- Convert leads into qualified opportunities and close sales within defined timelines.
Account Management & Client Engagement
- Develop and implement structured Account Management Plans for assigned clients (Tier 1, 2, and 3 accounts as applicable).
- Maintain consistent engagement with clients to identify repeat and upsell opportunities.
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships that support recurring revenue.
Bids & Tender Support
- Identify and qualify enquiries aligned with the company’s commercial strategy.
- Support preparation and submission of technical and commercial tenders.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely and compliant tender submissions.
CRM & Sales Governance
- Maintain 100% compliance with CRM (Zoho or designated tool) including:
- Accurate lead and opportunity updates
- Pipeline stage management
- Forecast accuracy
