Responsibilities

- Process orders via email or phone.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact customers/channel partners to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Liaise with the dispatch department to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare monthly sales reports as desired by seniors (region-wise, product-wise, channel partners-wise etc.)
- Monitor the sales team’s progress, identify shortcomings and inform/update reporting manager.
- Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
- Respond to complaints from customers/channel partners and give after-sales support when requested.
- Inform customers/channel partners of unforeseen delays or problems in executing and/or dispatching the order.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and/or events.
- Ensure payments are received as per pre-decided credit terms send reminders and follow up with channel partners/customers.
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect them.
- Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations.
- Communicate important feedback from customers/channel partners with the sales team and concerned departments.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Forecasting of sales for their respective customers/channel partners.
