  • Presenting, promoting and selling products and services to existing and prospective customers
  • Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.
  • Maintaining a polite, humble, friendly and respectful behaviour to customers.
  • Resolving customers’ problems and complaints in a polite, humble, respectful and timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Forward any reports on customer needs, comments, complaints, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to the BDM via email with the Human Resource Manager in copy on weekly basis.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the stipulated time.
  • Preparing daily reports.
  • Maintaining customer records, visiting customers and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote goods and services.
  • Obtaining deposits and balance of payments and handing same to the cashier.
  • Liaising with issuing unit to ensure that all products in the store are sold.
  • Portraying honesty, integrity, and attention to detail in the course of your work.
  • Carrying out your duties in a timely and proactive manner.
  • Complying with the company’s policies, rules and regulations.


Work Hours:

  • 7:30am to 6pm.
  • 5 work days weekly.
  • Off days.
