Competencies & Qualifications

Duties
- Responsible for leading sales and selling products to retail customers.
- The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of food products and services.
- Refine and execute sales strategies to attain sales objectives and optimize revenue expansion for financial products and services.
- Monitor sales performance and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, providing personalized financial advice and solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including production, Stores, and customer service teams, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory requirements related to financial products and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines governing financial transactions and sales activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Must be able to drive with a valid Drivers’ License.
