Description
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Education, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 23 years’ experience in sales training, field sales coaching, or commercial capability development—preferably within MFB, fintech, telecoms, or consumer lending sectors.
  • Proven track record in training high-volume retail sales teams or promoter networks.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for Sales Agents (SA), Sales Managers (SM),
  • and Regional Managers (RM).
  • Identify skill gaps and develop training interventions to improve sales performance.
  • Design and develop training materials, including Training manuals, PowerPoint
  • presentations, SOPs and work guidelines, Sales scripts and pitch guides, Assessment and
  • certification tests.
  • Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
  • Coach and mentor sales teams to improve product knowledge, customer engagement,
  • and closing skills.
  • Train employees on company policies, compliance requirements, and operational
  • procedures.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and
  • performance tracking.
  • Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvement plans for low-
  • performing teams.
