Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Education, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in sales training, field sales coaching, or commercial capability development—preferably within MFB, fintech, telecoms, or consumer lending sectors.
- Proven track record in training high-volume retail sales teams or promoter networks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training for Sales Agents (SA), Sales Managers (SM),
- and Regional Managers (RM).
- Identify skill gaps and develop training interventions to improve sales performance.
- Design and develop training materials, including Training manuals, PowerPoint
- presentations, SOPs and work guidelines, Sales scripts and pitch guides, Assessment and
- certification tests.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and field-based training sessions.
- Coach and mentor sales teams to improve product knowledge, customer engagement,
- and closing skills.
- Train employees on company policies, compliance requirements, and operational
- procedures.
- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, field observations, and
- performance tracking.
- Analyze sales performance data and recommend improvement plans for low-
- performing teams.
