- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure proper blending according to recipe specifications.

- Adjust mixing parameters as needed to optimize product quality and production efficiency.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment, such as cleaning and sanitizing, to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep accurate records of production activities, including ingredient usage, batch numbers, and equipment performance.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate workflow and address any issues or concerns.
- Assist with other production tasks and duties as assigned.
