Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored logistics solutions
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and negotiate contract terms
- Manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
- Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct market research to identify prospects and stay ahead of industry trends
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high service standards
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline, client interactions, and reports using CRM tools
