Description
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in showroom sales, furniture, interior design, or business development
- Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts and furniture products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of design tools is an added advantage).
Responsibilities
- Attend to walk-in clients and provide expert guidance on furniture and interior design solutions
- Drive showroom sales by converting inquiries into purchases
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B and B2C)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
- Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable design concepts
- Follow up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries to close sales
- Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring products are well displayed and organized
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Provide market feedback and insights on customer preferences and trends
