Showroom Representative (Interior Design & Furniture)

Description
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in showroom sales, furniture, interior design, or business development
  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts and furniture products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of design tools is an added advantage).
Responsibilities
  • Attend to walk-in clients and provide expert guidance on furniture and interior design solutions
  • Drive showroom sales by converting inquiries into purchases
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities (B2B and B2C)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and interior designers
  • Conduct product presentations and recommend suitable design concepts
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and client inquiries to close sales
  • Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring products are well displayed and organized
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Provide market feedback and insights on customer preferences and trends
