- Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics, home appliances, or FMCG industries.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively and influence purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Promote and sell small home appliances to retail, wholesale, and individual customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits.
- Advise customers on suitable products based on their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail outlets and showrooms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback for management review.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
