  • Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical.
  • Minimum of 6 years of sales experience and involvement in tender commercial processes.
  • Experience and Exposure to Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals)
  • Good sales skills and business sense.
  • Ability to build customer relationship easily.
  • Presentation skills and ability to convey value and products and services to the customers.
  • Good technical knowledge of products and services, ability to listen to the
  • customer’s desires and concerns and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Goal-oriented with ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
  • Willing and able to work long hours necessary to meet deadlines and respond to emergency demands.

  • Identify sales leads and opportunities through in-depth knowledge of customer activities and plans.
  • Communicate customer activity and sales opportunities through effective use of sales business system or processes.
  • Apply technical knowledge of business unit products and services to customer needs and capture and qualify sales leads and opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline for assigned customers.
  • Plan customers’ calls and make regular visit to ensure appropriate and sufficient coverage and assigned customers.
  • Maintain customer relationship management data including customer profiling,
  • organization structure, visit reports, customer drivers, stakeholder mapping and
  • KPIs.
