- Candidate should possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical / Instrumentation / Electrical.
- Minimum of 6 years of sales experience and involvement in tender commercial processes.
- Experience and Exposure to Energy Sector (Oil & Gas, Power Industry Verticals)
- Good sales skills and business sense.
- Ability to build customer relationship easily.
- Presentation skills and ability to convey value and products and services to the customers.
- Good technical knowledge of products and services, ability to listen to the
- customer’s desires and concerns and recommend solutions to meet customer needs.
- Goal-oriented with ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
- Willing and able to work long hours necessary to meet deadlines and respond to emergency demands.

- Identify sales leads and opportunities through in-depth knowledge of customer activities and plans.
- Communicate customer activity and sales opportunities through effective use of sales business system or processes.
- Apply technical knowledge of business unit products and services to customer needs and capture and qualify sales leads and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date opportunity pipeline for assigned customers.
- Plan customers’ calls and make regular visit to ensure appropriate and sufficient coverage and assigned customers.
- Maintain customer relationship management data including customer profiling,
- organization structure, visit reports, customer drivers, stakeholder mapping and
- KPIs.
