  • We're seeking a driven and results-oriented Telesales Representative to join our team!
  • In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales of our innovative Health insurance product which is specifically designed to meet the needs of small businesses.
  • You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, educating potential customers on the product's benefits, and ultimately closing deals.

Duties

  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions. 
  • Educate potential customers on features and benefits of our HMO product that is relevant to specific customer needs. 
  • Effectively guide customers through the sales process and sign-up of new accounts. 
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor. 
  • Exceed assigned sales targets. 
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
