Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ sales experience, preferably in adhesives, chemicals, construction materials, or industrial products.
- Proven track record of managing territories and delivering sales growth.
- Experience working with distributors and channel management is essential.
Responsibilities
· Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and volume targets.
· Identify and acquire new customers across key segments such as construction
· Manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts within the territory.
· Promote the company’s adhesives portfolio, including industrial adhesives, sealants, and specialty bonding solutions.
· Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
· Work closely with the technical team to provide application support and customized solutions to clients.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing dynamics within the territory.
· Ensure effective coverage and route-to-market execution across assigned locations.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with customers.
· Track and report sales performance, pipeline activities, and market intelligence.
