Workplace Officer

The Role

The Workplace Officer runs the day-to-day operational engine behind M-KOPA Nigeria’s workplace services, fleet and transport, local travel, warehouse and territory facilities, inventory, vendor coordination, airtime/data administration, and event logistics. You’ll report to the Senior Lead, Workplaces, and be the person who keeps records accurate, issues resolved, and risks flagged before they become problems.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day fleet administration, including documentation, permits, insurance, claims, fuel cards, and reconciliations.
• Run facilities operations across the warehouse and territory locations, coordinating cleaning, maintenance, repairs, and vendor follow-up.
• Coordinate local travel and accommodation, keeping arrangements accurate and within approved budgets.
• Own inventory management for workplace and warehouse supplies, including stock checks and discrepancy investigations.
• Manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups with Procurement and Finance.
• Process and reconcile airtime and data allocation for employee and field populations.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, employee events, and workplace activities.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years’ relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, administration, logistics, or office management.
• Demonstrated experience independently managing multiple operational workstreams across internal teams and external vendors, ideally spanning fleet, facilities, travel, inventory, and events.
• Comfortable in Excel and able to manage multiple live workstreams with vendors, deadlines, and trackers.
