Academic Qualifications, Experience & Competence
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in any business related discipline including agribusiness management .

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Banking Business role.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Advanced, computer literacy, numerical skills and statistical skills.

  • Team player, ability to work under pressure and in position to exercise excellent judgment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and enhance existing customer relationships and attract prospective customers to ensure business continuity and growth.

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of clients and identify business development opportunities to grow market share.

  • Formulate and implement sales action plans for the portfolio that will facilitate the achievement of business objectives.

  • Participate in sales campaigns, techniques and tactics in a planned manner to achieve sales targets.

  • Prepare sales reports showing the balance sheet position, pipeline and the sales performance for the period required.
