Qualifications, Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
  • Experience
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in brand management, marketing coordination or FMCG marketing roles
  • Experience working across multiple departments or stakeholders
Responsibilities
1. Brand Execution Support:
  • Support the implementation of brand strategies and campaigns.
  • Translate brand plans into actionable tasks across departments
  • Ensure timely execution of all brand initiatives
2. Cross Functional Coordination:
  • Coordinate brand related activities across the various functions / departments.
  • Ensure alignment of messaging and deliverables across all functions.
3. Campaign Coordination:
  • Track campaign timelines, deliverables and outputs
  • Ensure all campaign elements are executed as planned
  • Support integrated campaign rollout across multiple channels

4. Agency Coordination:

  • Coordinate with creative, media and PR agencies
  • Support development of briefs and ensure clear communication of requirements
  • Track agency deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and expectations
5. Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Track execution progress of brand initiatives
  • Support preparation of reports and campaign performance and brand activities
