1. Check, and receive items/goods in stores as per the Local Purchase Order in the presence of a technical person2. Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) for items received.
3. Update the stock cards and inform the users on stock levels
4. Issue items out of store against properly authorized requisitions
5. Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures
6. Provide input in keeping required stock levels
7. Ensure cleanliness and neatness of stores
8. Maintain safety and security of the store (double locking system)
9. Keep items in stores in accordance with prescribed health, safety & other standards
10. Verify the stored items condition to avoid damage expiry on shelf, loss etc. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual stores report
11. Prepare commodity reports
