  • Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial/Bachelor’s degree in Statistics or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Insurance claims processing.

Responsibilities
  • Review, evaluate, and process insurance claims in accordance with GA Insurance policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during the claims process, providing updates, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Gather and analyze documentation related to claims, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into claims, including liaising with external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to insurance claims.
  • Pursue recoveries under RI with the guidance of the Claims Manager.
  • Negotiate with service providers like garages.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on claim status, trends, and outcomes.
