Key requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
· Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, stakeholder engagement, or a related field.
· Demonstrated experience in communications planning, campaign management, and media relations.
· Proven experience in content development, publication management, and multimedia production.
· Experience managing events, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and communication agencies.
- Manage the Corporate Affairs events calendar, meeting minutes including appropriate recording and archiving of documents
- Charged with the day to day coordination of activities between the department and other departments, agencies/production houses and /related services providers to ensure timely fulfillment of deliverablesSupport the development and implementation of integrated internal and external communications strategies, plans, campaigns, and communication calendars.
- Deliver planned, consistent, and impactful communication campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ensure communication messages are timely, clear, accurate, audience-focused, and aligned with the Company’s objectives and tone of voice.
- Create engaging multimedia content including news articles, blogs, social media posts, announcements, newsletters, videos, photography, and other communication materials in line with the Company’s Brand charter.
- Coordinate documentation of project activities in multimedia formats and oversee content production processes.
- Support communications and design agencies, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of communication products.
- Review and edit content produced by internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality.
- Support the preparation and distribution of press releases and media statements.
- Respond to media inquiries upon management approval.
- Organize press conferences, media briefings, interviews, and site visits.
Digital Communications
- Ensure innovative communication tools and digital platforms are developed, maintained, and regularly updated.
- Responsible for growing and managing the Company's digital communication channels and media platforms.
- Support intranet management and utilization of digital communication tools.
- Develop and implement digital communication campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
