Requirements
- The Digital & Technology Officer should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MIS coordination, digital ecosystem management, and device management, preferably within an INGO or non-profit organization.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks and conducting data analysis for program evaluation.
- Proven experience with digital tool selection, integration, and management.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data, Digital or a related field preferred.

- Champion the promotion of Organizational Culture
- Managing and supporting FH’s digital and technology ecosystem at the Area Program (AP) and all its communities to realize value for the shareholders and investors.
- Planning, implementing and supporting ongoing operations and projects in support of the Digital and Technology ecosystem including hardware, software, internet connectivity, and end-user support.
