Responsibilities
  • Complete all business service requests within SLA timelines.
  • Deliver all key management or operational reports per month, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support successful channels application deployments or enhancements per month without SLA breaches.
  • Resolve high-priority incidents within SLA.
  • Ensure full application documentation and compliance checklists are updated and reviewed as scheduled.
  • Implement process improvements or automation initiatives per quarter to enhance service delivery.
  • Reduced & pro-active downtime: By ensuring 24/7 availability and stability of channels, contribute to SLA adherence, minimizing business disruption.
  • Fast request fulfillment of business service requests, improving operational turnaround and productivity.
  • Application enhancements: Deliver successful application deployments or upgrades per month, enabling business units to operate with the latest features and functionality.
