F & B Operations Manager

• Degree in Business Administration, Food service management or related field

• Culinary school Diploma & Master's in Business Administration are added advantages

• At least 7 years’ experience in F&B Operations. 3 of which are in senior leadership

• Excellent Financial Management Skills

• Computer Literate with knowledge of Microsoft packages

• Prior experience with a F&B SOP is a must
