Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Collection/ Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role of at least 2 years
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, CRM systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Responsibilities
Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors and opportunities to improve Collections performance.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other analytical tools to track key metrics and KPIs for Field Collections Team
Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. This is done on hourly, daily, MTD, Monthly and quarterly basis based on ongoing initiatives and trends and they’re driven by Objectives Key Results
Collect and analyze data from multiple sources to provide insights and recommendations to support Collections
Verifies and ensures every customer refund is in line with the policy for existing and non-existing customers and that the refunds are made to the right persons
Shares with the Sales Teams the different customer categories to ensure that the sales Team make follow ups to improve collections at Early stage
Compiling collection officer commission.
