Candidate's Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  
• 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in general trade/FMCG
  
• Strong understanding of traditional retail channels
  
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
  
• Computer knowledge – Microsoft office suite
  
• Valid driving license with not less than 3 years' experience.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and distribution targets
