Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  
• Must Graduated within the lastthree (3) years

1. Assist in inspecting, monitoring, and maintaining the electrical distribution network.
   
2. Participate in resolving electrical faults and breakdowns under supervision.
   
3. Support customer complaint resolution processes related to power outages and service reliability.
   
4. Help enforce safety procedures during network maintenance and repair activities.
   
5. Accompany Technical Assistants O&M/Connections during routine maintenance tasks to understand operational workflows.
   
6. Assist in documenting faults, maintenance records, and inspection reports accurately.
   
7. Participate in area safety audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards.
   
8. Contribute to reporting on network performance and customer service delivery within the assigned area.
   
9. Learn and support the use of tools and software for tracking service delivery and asset management.
   
10. Attend training and mentorship sessions to enhance skills in distribution engineering and field service.
