Requirements
• Educational Leadership experience: Extensive experience in educational leadership roles, including headship or deputy headship positions in schools.
• Teaching experience: A strong background in teaching, ideally with experience in international education and familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Post graduate Qualifications: Often a master’s degree or higher in education or a related field is preferred.
• Professional development: Continuous professional development in educational leadership, curriculum development, and international education.
• Understanding Cambridge curriculum: In-depth knowledge and understanding of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment systems.
