Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Gender Studies, or related field.

At least 4 years of experience in child-focused community work or education programs.

Proven experience in case management and child safeguarding.

A committed Christian aligned with Watoto values.

Implement KAGIS interventions (menstrual health, dropout prevention) in partner schools, manage budgets, and oversee school partnerships.
Track at-risk girls, ensure safety and WASH standards in schools, and handle child protection concerns.
Mobilize stakeholders, address harmful social practices, and advocate for child wellbeing.
Utilize data for program improvement, maintain MIS records, and mentor KAGIS Community Workers.
