- Liaises with customer service department to ensure that all airline orders are brought in time.
- Ensures that menu specification are adhered to on daily basis as per customer’s requirements, any deviations to be reported immediately to Bakery Supervisor for rectification.
- Ensures that HACCP safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Ensures that all opening and closing procedures are adhered to at all times in the section.
- Ensures that all food items are color coded appropriately.
- Ensures that he/she handles any emergencies as they may arise in other sections i.e cold, hot and also from projects.
- Ensures that food items produced are of good quality at all times.
