Research Assistant

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.
  
• Experience: At least two years of experience in a peer mother role and in qualitative research data collection, preferably within an academic or research institute setting.
  
• Additional Experience: Demonstrated experience in participant recruitment and working with diverse research populations.
  

• Data Collection: Conduct qualitative and quantitative interviews in line with study protocols.
  
• Participant Recruitment: Support the recruitment and pre-screening of participants for the clinical trial and health systems study, ensuring adherence to ethical standards throughout the process.
  
• Data Management & Quality Assurance: Transcribe qualitative data, and perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities.
  
• Ethical Standards & Compliance: Ensure all research activities are conducted ethically, in accordance with institutional guidelines
