Develop, review and implement a robust
monitoring, evaluation and research frameworkand tools to facilitate measurement of progress,enhance compliance of programmes with councilstandards, policy frameworks and best practices;achieve efficiency and accountability
Requirements
Diploma in Monitoring and evaluation OR
A Bachelors in Statistics or Economic and a
Diploma in any of the Allied Healthprofessionals’ disciplines plus a PostGraduate Diploma in Monitoring andevaluation
Must be registered by Allied Health
Professionals Council and published in theup-to-date register of Allied HealthProfessionals as contained in the latestUganda gazette
Must have at least 3 years of relevant work
experience with a reputable organisation
i. Design and implement the monitoring and
evaluation framework
ii. Develop monitoring and evaluation indicators
iii. coordinate the collection and analysis of data
iv. Cary out periodic evaluations of regulatory
impact by the council
v. Develop and disseminate the monitoring,
evaluation and research plans and systems
vi. Organise regular reviews and assessment of
council activities
vii. Design and implement evidence based
advocacy initiatives
viii. Guide and support council’s resource
mobilisation strategies
ix. Develop and maintain collaboration and
networks with research stakeholder
resources
x. Support and participate in Council planning
and budgeting activities
xi. Prepare and submit annual and quarterly
reports on council activities
