Security & Compliance Assistant

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Social works, Information Technology, or related field
  

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in security and compliance
  

• Experience in the solar pay go business is preferred
  

• Knowledge of security frameworks
  

• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards
  

• Ability to understand and analyze complex technical and business requirements • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
  

• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate risks associated with our business operations
  

• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify areas of weakness and develop remediation plans
  

• Assist in managing third-party relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual security requirements
  

• Provide guidance and support to the business on security and compliance matters
  

• Develop and deliver security and compliance training to employees
  

• Manage security incidents and breaches, including incident response and reporting
  

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement security and compliance requirements
  

• Stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and trends and recommend changes to security policies, procedures, and controls as necessary
  

• Assist in managing 3rd party security relations
  

• Assist in achievement of collections targets of the escalated accounts in the S&C portfolio
  

• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
