• Master of Laws (LLM) from a recognised institution
  
• PhD from a recognised institution
  
• Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice will be an added advantage
  
• Peer reviewed refereed publications
  
• Evidence of teaching and graduate students supervision will be an added advantage
  

• Serving as Deputy Dean Law School
  
• Conducting lecturers, seminars and tutorials on LLB and LLM
  
• Developing and delivering innovative and engaging teaching materials
  
• Providing academic guidance and mentorship to students
  
• Participating in curriculum development and enhancement activities
  
• Conducting research and contributing to the scholarly activities of the School
