• To plan, implement and manage the development and review of Organizational change and development strategies as well as provide technical support in relation to OD, Job evaluation and change management in line with the MTN U and Group HR OD strategy.

• To implement the Talent and Performance Management framework in the Company.


Education:

• Bachelors degree in Social work and social administration, human resources or social science

• Post- Graduate training in Human Resources is an added advantage.

Experience:

• 5-7 years experience in HR preferably in strategic HR and working with leaders and functional technical professional personnel.

• Multi-national end to end Project management experience relating specifically to robust OD initiatives.

• Multi industry experience related to Job evaluation, Job analysis and competency frameworks.

• Previous Telecommunications experience and exposure.

Training:

• OD certification training.

• OD initiatives training in development of competency based assessment tools, change management and Project management is an added advantage.

• JE Manager Training

Knowledge:

• In depth specialist knowledge of HRD

• Excellent knowledge of communication.

• Relevant Labour legislation specifically.

• Review, analyse and or implement organizational structures that support efficient service delivery and effective work flow.

• Provide advice in reviewing processes and procedures within the organization according to best practice.

• Implement change management activities, undertake culture design and communication for the organization.

• Review and update the Human Resources and cross functional processes and procedures in line with laid down organizational structure and workflow matrix.

• Conduct systematic and periodic Job evaluation to ensure job relativity, equity and benchmarks are maintained or attained and liaise with vendors.

• Evaluate the workload in changing work environments and make recommendations on staffing establishment in line with Corporate strategy.

• Review Job design standards and nomenclature then recommend benchmarks in line with the organization's OD requirements.

• Formulate and monitor implementation of guidelines for review and evaluation of the MTN-U's work systems/methods/procedures and make recommendations on the work processes

• Conduct and implement the Talent and Performance Management framework within the company.

• Assist the Senior Manager - HRD in HR policy development and implementation.
