Bachelor’s Degree in Midwifery
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
At least three (3) years’ experience at the level of Nursing Officer.

- Coordinate the provision of technical support related to Public Health Nursing to the Referral Hospitals and Districts.
- Monitor implementation of policy on public health nursing.
- Promote equitable deployment of public health nurses in Referral and NGO Hospitals
- Monitor the performance of Public Health Nurses in Referral and NGO Hospitals.
- Participate in the Ministry quality assurance programmes.
- Develop work plans and budgets.
- Monitor implementation of standards and guidelines relate to public health nursing.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
