- Mentor, train and coach nursing staff and intern
- Conduct and utilise evidence -based research to improve nursing practice
- Supervise the provision of quality nursing services.
- Provide professional guidance and support supervision.
- Plan and implement quality assurance programmes.
- Plan, organize and coordinate nursing services.
- Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
- Enforce ethical professional conduct and manage performance of nursing staff.
