Job Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to help transform our software
into engaging, intuitive, and user-centric products. You’ll collaborate closely with product
managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft compelling user experiences that align with our
vision and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
● Design user interface elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and page navigation
● Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes
● Create intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive designs for web and mobile platforms
● Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to refine UX
● Present and communicate design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders
● Ensure consistency with design standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility
requirements
● Stay current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
● Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
● Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across digital platforms
● Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar
● Solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design
● Familiarity with HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
● Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a
related field
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
● Knowledge of information architecture and responsive design principles
● Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and usability
● Analytical mindset with user-first thinking
● Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly
