Selection Criteria
- Master’s degree in education, economics, public policy, international development, statistics, social sciences, communications, or a related field.
- Prior internship, research, volunteer, or other relevant experience is desirable but not required.
- A strong interest in skills development, TVET, education, youth employment, and development work in Africa is essential.
- The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English and the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely
