FINANCIAL
• Develop, manage and control marketing budgets.
• Ensure all branding, communication & overall marketing activities and campaigns are produced and executed within budget for returns on equity.
PROCESS
• Develop marketing strategies (including Main Stream and Digital Marketing), communicating with stakeholders (internal & external), gathering feedback from customers, and researching market trends and competitor activities for the best recommendations.
• Translate Business strategy into actionable marketing plans for the market, drive business excellence.
• Research and analyse market trends and competitors to inform business and brand activities.
• Oversee marketing campaigns.
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• Negotiate and liaise with third-party marketing agencies to ensure MROI
• Manage the design and production of advertising/promotional materials, including but not limited to print, digital, out of home.
• Identify marketing knowledge gaps for cross/upskilling and support in alignment/educating of the stakeholders.
CUSTOMER
• Meet and exceed customer expectation through timely response to requests.
• Ensure quality branding activities through production of quality materials by agencies and strict compliance with SLAs.
• Liaise with Bank’s internal and external customers including SBUs, agencies and vendors.
• Review briefs from internal customers and develop meaningful briefs to the teams for execution.
TEAM
• Play a supporting role in team efforts aimed at improving the brand and business growth.
• Imbibe and live the RACE IT values.
• Coach and mentor the teams for their career strides while impacting business growth.
