Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to grow sales and expand market penetration, particularly within all sales channels.
Requirements
• BA/IBA/MBA - Marketing/International Business
• 5-7 years’ experience in a similar industry; FMCG.
• Achieve Sales targets as defined by the company - products
• Implement the sales plan by working with lead staff to develop sales team action plans.
• Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with sales activities.
• Anticipate emerging issues based on changing supply and demand trends and feedback from the market and propose innovative responses to keep abreast of changes.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales projections and forecasts for all products and provide performance reports to management as per the reporting systems.
• Establish clear long-term product portfolio plan focused on customer/market (Local, regional and international) demands and aligned with Company production/technology strengths
• Develop and deploy long-term pricing strategy/framework for current /future products aligned to growth and profitability targets
• Ensure short term pricing maintains margin levels relative to material costs
• Leverage customer relationships / understanding to enhance market knowledge and build competitive advantages in our product and service offering
