  • Experience in creating and maintaining documentation, including manuals
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Familiarity with industry-standard documentation tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Computer Science, Technical Writing)
