- Bachelors degree in Economics, mathematics or finance related field.
- Familiarity with the global fintech landscape in both remittance and payments.
- Relevant professional qualification- ACI dealing certification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Leadership roles
a. Develop and implement Treasury manual.
b. Advising the Board on available and viable investment opportunities
c. Monitoring and managing the organization's bank relationships and liquidity management.
· Treasury Analysis and Planning
a. Interest rate risk management and development of risk mitigation strategies.
b. Foreign exchange risk management and development of foreign exchange risk mitigation
strategies
c. Manage the Group’s cash flows within available facilities, providing appropriate reporting to
Directors and Executive Management.
· Management Reporting
a. Preparing management and board reports
· Internal and External Audit
a. Ensure all audit and compliance issues are addressed.
b. Liaise with internal auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is
maintained.
· Regulatory Compliance
a. Ensure all Regulatory Compliance when onboarding new clients
· Performance Appraisal
a. Discuss work plans and performance targets for each quarter with team.
b. Maintains a good teamwork spirit by motivating the team to give their best and be true
resources for the company.
