The KRAFT is an iconic Microbrewery, Restaurant, Club and Lounge coming soon in the city of Nairobi. The Kraft Nairobi will blend production of four best craft beers in a first of its in the world containerized production module empowered by Wayout AB in Sweden.
The Craft Nairobi will have a personal touch of a microbrewery and bar, restaurant & coffee shop and a lounge to seat 300 clients. We shall offer the best craft beers in the region to be served on tap at our location, a continental mouthwatering cousine for the food offerings, finger foods for the beer, wine, whiskey and other liquor lovers, a selection of the best wines from some of the best winery vineyards in the world, daily happy hours offering the best cocktails in the city and a top notch club ambiance for the best mix of music.
Our location is being established to be the most eco-efficient space in the region that will focus on organic foods, crafted coffee, low carbon emissions in all our offerings. Our ecological model will be anchored on solar energy source that will be used in producing our craft brews as well as some lighting needs. In addition, waste water from the micro-brewery will be recycled and used in the washrooms at The Kraft.
Solid waste from the beer raw materials will be processed for onward use in our farm producing your organic foods. All these interventions will ensure that The Craft is an ecologically sustainable venture in line with SDGs 6, 7, 12 and 13 on clean water & sanitation, affordable and clean energy, responsible consumption & production and climate action respectively. As part of its social mission and in line with SDG 8 on decent work & economic growth, The Kraft will also establish a training school for brewing; that will support young people who have an interest to test out their skills in brewing of beer at a subsidized rate.
