Why does any organization need to hire and what fundamental roles does each individual have to play?

Businesses are built from a systemic order of activities that hold the enterprise in place. The size and complication of this systems are determined by the size of the business. Harmonizing this flow needs the best leaders and leadership skills to maintain and maximize results.

From the inception of a business idea, with the angle of an entrepreneur, this departments and roles are all executed by one person, the vision bearer. As growth happens the system is the same but the links to the activities are manned by individuals that oversee the flow of that specific link.

This is the reason there is a thorough hiring process to be able to get the best link to a section in the system. As a team player you are not expected to just do the duties but to contribute your 100% to the system so that there can be a total flow of the business.

Therefore, when targets are placed on a team leader it is highly dependent on the team players that are within the department. The quality of the output is dependent on each individual's input.

Understanding the duties within the department is very key and it allows the flow to be consistent. However, if the team players understand the bigger picture, the plans and future of the organization they become more resourceful. It is this level of understanding that upgrades team players to team leaders.

The reason of action is deeply motivated for the long run and it is not about the 8 pm- 5 pm routine. This is when you start realizing that you are leading the right team players.

When clients sieve through organizations to work with, it is not the figures that make the deal, it is this totality of harmony within the business system that is bought. The fact is that all assignments executed by the company will go through all the departments directly or indirectly.
