Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all HR and administrative functions across the organization.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems covering recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and training.
- Drive talent acquisition initiatives to support business growth and workforce planning.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, contracts, attendance, payroll coordination, and offboarding.
- Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and employment regulations.
- Provide strategic HR advice and workforce insights to senior management.
- Support organizational development and future expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, and labor law compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or professional service organizations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
