Job Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to customers and introduce company services.
Explain the free credit assessment process and guide customers to download the app.
Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Answer customer questions professionally and provide accurate information.
Update customer information and feedback in the CRM system.
Follow company calling standards and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Fluent in English and Swahili(Swahili speaking test required).
Minimum 1 year experiencein call center, telesales, or customer service.
Familiar with Kenyan customer culture and M-Pesa ecosystem.
Good communication skills and ability to handle customer rejection.
Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred.
Must follow company policies and avoid false promises or misleading information.
Preferred Experience
- Fintech, digital lending, or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
