Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
- Ability to interpret accurately in fast-paced factory settings.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- HSK Level 4 or above preferred.
Education & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a translator/interpreter in manufacturing or industrial settings

Responsibilities
- Provide accurate verbal translation between Chinese and English (and/or Kiswahili).
- Interpret during production meetings, shift briefings, and management discussions.
- Safety guidelines and SOPs
- Support communication between Chinese engineers/supervisors and local production staff.
- Assist in training employees on production processes, equipment use, and quality standards.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of company operations and technical processes.
