We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Digital Marketer to manage and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate will oversee all social media platforms and the college website, creating engaging content and maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate will oversee all social media platforms and the college website, creating engaging content and maintaining brand consistency. The role involves setting and tracking KPIs, engaging with the online community, promoting events, and developing strategic partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Digital Platform Management:

    • Oversee social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and the college website.
    • Ensure regular updates with engaging content and consistent branding.
  2. KPI Development and Tracking:

    • Establish KPIs for metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and lead conversions.
    • Set and monitor goals for social media performance.
  3. Social Media Engagement:

    • Respond promptly to inquiries, comments, and messages.
    • Foster a positive online community through active engagement.
  4. Event Promotion:

    • Develop digital marketing strategies for college events (e.g., Induction Day, Open Day, Webinars, Graduation).
    • Create and manage event promotion materials and pages.
  5. Content Creation:

    • Design visually appealing content for various purposes, including event promotions and intake deadlines.
    • Share event photos and highlights to showcase college life.
  6. Partnership Development:

    • Reach out to potential partners for collaborations.
    • Organize Instagram live sessions and other partnership activities to enhance engagement.
  7. Brand Messaging:

    • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.
  8. Trend Analysis:

    • Monitor and analyze industry trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
  9. Email and SMS Marketing:

    • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns.
    • Implement bulk SMS strategies for effective communication.
  10. Regular Posting and Engagement:

    • Maintain a consistent posting schedule.
    • Engage in online discussions to build a loyal community.
