To provide quality clinical care, first aid, emergency response, and occupational health support to employees while promoting a safe and healthy workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical assessment, treatment, and first aid to employees and visitors.
Manage workplace injuries, illnesses, and medical emergencies.
Provide emergency stabilization and coordinate hospital referrals and ambulance services.
Conduct medical assessments and support occupational health programs.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and prepare medical/incident reports.
Manage the factory clinic, medicines, medical supplies, and first-aid kits.
Support workplace health inspections, emergency drills, health education, and wellness programs.
Work closely with HR, EHS/Safety, and management on employee health and safety matters.
Ensure compliance with professional, occupational health, and safety requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree inClinical Medicine, Nursing, Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Care, or related field.
Valid registration and practicing licence with the relevant professional body.
ValidFirst Aid and CPR/BLS certification.
Occupational Health, ACLS, or other emergency care certification is an added advantage.
Experience
Minimum3–5 years' relevant experience.
Experience in amanufacturing, industrial, construction, mining, or occupational health environmentis highly preferred.
